Is it really so hard to say it?

Compare and contrast the headlines of the following two stories. Which more accurately and succinctly describes what happened?

Elvira Arellano Arrested Outside Downtown Church
Chicago Immigration Activist Taken Into Custody Sunday Afternoon

OR

Illegal immigrant arrested after leaving church
Mother who defied deportation, took up sanctuary was in L.A. for rally

Kudos to MSNBC.com for creating an unbiased headline.

Food for thought, if Janet Reno can send in a SWAT team to send Elian Gonzalez back to that socialist hell hole, why can't Roberto Gonzalez send a couple of US Marshal's into some church to arrest this woman who has been adjudicated an illegal alien and is openly defying and protesting the law? What is this, the 1600s? Next time I get pulled over for speeding I'm going straight to church to seek asylum. Say what you will about Janet El Reno, she was a tuff old bird who wasn't afraid to crack a few eggs to make her omelet. (Is Roberto really so incompetent that I'm pining away for Janet Reno? Things really have gotten bad at Justice.)
