Don, I think you're probably about right on your predictions. My only quibbles would be that I still think that Huckabee might pull it off by a point or two over Romney and I think that you may be underestimating the Obama people somewhat. Here in the Des Moines area, there's a lot more Obama stuff than Edwards, and it isnt' just college kids.
I keep seeing talk of McCain "surging", but I'm yet to meet someone who is actually going to go caucus for him. I do know a couple of people that will likely go for Thompson. The only Romney supporter I know just moved out of state.
With regard to Hillary, it never ceases to amaze me that when I talk to a Hillary supporter, you only have to talk for about 30 seconds before you hear something about Bill Clinton. From what I can tell, the Hillary support falls into one of two categories: those who want to elect a woman--any woman (or, more correctly, any liberal woman)--and those who really want to have Bill back. I guess I could be wrong about that, but it's what my limited, anecdotal, discussions seem to indicate.
